the location directly opposite hyde park was a plus. it made stepping out of the hotel quite nice.

The noise levels were unacceptable. the bathroom lacked basic amenities, such as shampoo, conditioner, and even a washcloth for doing dishes. the breakfast was basic, almost uninspired.

The hotel offers on-site parking. This is a great convenience. Our room overlooked Hyde Park, a lovely aspect. Double-glazed windows ensured our room remained peaceful. The included kitchenette provided facilities for simple meal preparation.

The room lacked sufficient soundproofing. I could hear loud noises overnight. This disturbed my sleep.

the staff was so very kind. i got a room upgrade with a balcony. it faced out over a pretty green space. the kitchen in the room was a nice surprise.

the breakfast was very basic. it included toast and juice. our a/c did not work the second night. the hotel offered a credit, BUT it never showed up on my credit card.
